With 10 more deaths from Rajshahi, the total death toll at the Corona unit of Rajshahi Medical College Hospital stands at 15 during the last 24-hour period ending 8am on Friday morning.
According to sources, at the same time two died from Natore and one each from Naogaon, Pabna and Meherpur district. 11 of the dead are males and four are females. The total death toll at the Corona unit of RMCH between July 1 and July 16 stands at 282.
RMCH Director Brig Gen Shamim Yazdani informed that 61 new patients have been admitted to the Corona unit of RMCH and 62 were released after being recovered during the last 24-hour period.
A total of 498 patients including 20 at the ICUs were under treatment as against 454 beds in the Corona unit of the hospital till Friday morning.
