Within the last 24 hours four new patients have been set in home quarantine in Sherpur with this the total number of home quarantine is now 13. Among them 3 came back from Italy, 1 from China, 1 from Singapore, 5 from India, 1 from Malaysian and 2 from Saudi Arabia.
District Civil Surgeon Dr Anwarul Rouf confirmed it. He also said that if anyone in contac of the corona positive patient shows any symptoms of cold, cough, chest pain, loose motion or any other health impact must contact the Civil surgeon or the concerned doctor. Except for that if anyone shows any symptoms of corona the collected sample will be sent to the Institute of Epidemiology Disease Control and Research (IEDCR)
150 seats have been prepared and other necessary precautions is taken in couple of hospital in the district. Among them 10 isolation ward in Sodor hospital, 20 bed in Jinaigathi upazila hospital, 20 in Sribrodi hospital, 50 beds in the Nalitabari Rajnagar mother and child hospital and 50 beds in two of the institution of Nokolar will be prepared for quarantine wards
