Some 11 students are set to compete for each seat in the admission test of Jagannath University (JnU) in undergraduate program for the academic year 2022-23.
According to the JnU ICT cell, 30 thousand eight students have applied for admission whereas two thousand 765 students can be admitted and each 11 students are competing for a single seat.
Prof. Dr. Uzzal Kumar Acharya, Director of JnU ICT cell Informed on Wednesday that seats available for Science faculty (Unit A), Humanities Faculty (Unit B), Business Studies faculty (Unit C) and and four specialized departments ( Music, Theatre, Fine Arts, Film and Television) are 825, 1270, 520 and 150 respectively for the session of 2022-23.
