State Minister of Primary and Mass Education Ministry Zakir Hossain MP inaugurated 109 non-formal learning centers in Kurigram's Rowmari Upazila and distributed books to students, A total of 3270 dropout children will get an opportunity to study in 109 learning centres.
Around noon time on Sunday, in cooperation with the Non-formal Education Bureau, 109 centers were simultaneously launched in Rowmari upazila from the Baguarchar non-formal learning center of the upazila to implement the Center for Social Development Kurigram (CSDK).
