Minister of State for Primary and Mass Education Rumana Ali, announced that the recruitment of 10,000 primary teachers will be finalized by June. She emphasized a transparent selection process ensuring only deserving candidates are appointed.
The declaration came during her visit to the Cumilla Victoria Government College overseeing the third phase of Dhaka and Chittagong division primary teacher recruitment examination on Friday morning.
State Minister Rumana expressed satisfaction with the orderly conduct of the examination, stressing the ministry's strict vigilance against any fraudulent activities that might affect applicants.
In this phase, the written examination for assistant teacher recruitment in Dhaka and Chattogram divisions' districts took place on Friday from
10 am to 11 pm. A total
of 32,199 candidates
participated in Cumilla district alone, comprising 14,767 women and 17,432 men.
Khondokar Md Mushfiqur Rahman also inspected the examination center along with senior administration officials, including Superintendent of Police Abdul Mannan.
