1,437 seats still vacant at IU

A total of 1437 seats remained vacant at Islamic University in Kushtia after enrolling students from the first merit list of first year honours courses admission process under its 2021-22 academic session of the university.

IU ICT cell director Professor Dr Ahsan-Ul-Ambia confirmed it to Bangladesh Post on Monday.

A total of 324 seats out of 550 were still vacant at ‘A’ unit under Science Faculty, 805 out of 990 seats at ‘B’ unit under Arts’, Social Science and Law faculties and 308 out of 450 seats at ‘C’ unit under Business Administration Faculty.

The vacant seats would be filled up after enrolling students from upcoming merit lists, IU ICT cell director Professor Dr Ahsan-Ul-Ambia said.
