Prime Minister’s Adviser for Private Sector, Industries and Investment Affairs Salman Fazlur Rahman said this while speaking as the chief guest at the second session on ‘Entrepreneurship in Hi-Tech Industry’ during the 1st Convocation of NRB Engineers concluded at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka on Wednesday.
The two-day conference was organised jointly by Bridge to Bangladesh (B2B), Economic relations Division (ERD) of the Government of Bangladesh, a2i Project under the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
Managing Director of the Hi-Tech Park Authority Hosne Ara Begum presided over the session.
In his speech, Salman Fazlur Rahman said, in order to achieve the desired double digit growth targeted by the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, all expatriate professionals side by side the entrepreneurs and engineers should be integrated with the profess of development programmes.
This conference has opened an avenue for ensuring participation of all expatriates in the development programme of the country.
Mentioning that similar
conference should be arranged for the Bangladeshi expatriate
businessmen, he assured of providing all-out supports in this regards.
