After securing group championship by beating Nepal on Tuesday evening, the high flying Bangladesh U-18 girls football team will take on hosts Bhutan in the SAFFU-18 Women’s Championship scheduled to be held on today at Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu in Bhutan.
The match which will start at 4:00 pm. The match will telecast live in BFF Website.
The girls in red and green won their first match against Pakistan by a mammoth 17-0 margin. The current team has no injuries and is fully fit for today’s match.
The girls are in good mood and rhythm after the big win against Pakistan and Nepal.
Bangladesh rode on Mossammat Sirat Jahan double hat-tricks in the first match against Pakistan.
She is currently the top scorer for Bangladesh with seven goals.
One the other hand, hosts Bhutan lost their first match against India by 4-0 goal but they came back strongly in the next match
against Maldives as they won by 13-0 goal.
They will hope to continue their good run of form against Bangladesh.
In other semi final match, India will face Nepal at same venue.
