South Zone failed in batting supremacy in the third day. And North Zone may have their way towards a victory as they got an apparently easy target to chase in the second innings, reports agencies.
At Shahid Kamruzzaman Stadium in Rajshahi, Two half centuries from Mahedi and Raqibul couldn’t save Prime Bank South Zone from follow-on. Enamul Haque Jr. from Islami Bank East Zone took four, but in exchange of 121 runs.
Fortunately, South Zone started their second innings with signs of strength and maturity. Nafees got a fifty and Anamul is on the verge. Both are still on the crease.
On the other match, BCB North Zone did manage to outmaneuver Walton Central Zone Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogra. North Zone ended their 1st innings with only 35 runs lead, but able to stop Central Zone with in 300 runs. Mosaddek was the key player, as he score a ton. Ebadat striked again, he took four for 88. These include Mosaddek, Mosharraf and Nazmul – three top scorers of Central Zone.
North Zone did lose one wicket already within four overs.

But for the last day, their target is not impossible to reach.
