An Egyptian Sultan appoints his adopted slave son as the defense chief. Unfortunately, before his death, the Sultan fails to free his heir from slavery. This creates doubt about the chief’s status in the citizens’ mind. Is the problem solved legally or through mere show of power? Which way is chosen by the heir? ‘Shesh Shonglap’ tries to uphold the complexity of such a story.
The actors of the play include Pavel Isalm, Akhtaruzzaman, Fakhrul Islam Mithu, Chandan, Roma, Mansura Akhter Lovely, Mahmudul Alam, Yamin Jewel, Maksudul Bari Tipu, Anwar, Masum, Dawud and Sunny.
