The main heroes of the third round of Bangladesh Cricket League (BCL) are bowlers and for the second consecutive day that remains the case. In reply to 118 runs by Walton Central Zone in the Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogra, Islami Bank East Zone got all out 186 runs in their first innings. They got a lead of 68 runs.
It was Shahidul who did not allow East Zone to become taller. He took a five wicket haul in the East Zone innings.
Mahmudul of East Zone top scored with 41 runs.
The second innings for Central Zone was much better than the first. They earned 139 runs for only two wickets. Abdul Mazid scored a half century.
Another one comes from Pinak, who is still on the crease.
Meanwhile, At Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram, Prime Bank South Zone showed strong batting skills as they added farther almost 50 runs in their last wicket. Mahedi scored the third half century and remained not out. On the other hand, BCB North Zone also show their excellence as they scored 136 for two. After losing two batsmen within ten runs, Junaid and Naeem hold opn to the crease and remain undefeated till the end of the day. Both earned fifties.
