Shakib Khan’s latest film ‘Shahenshah’ has already been previewed by the censor board. According to the movie’s production house Shapla Media’s founder and the producer of the movie Selim Khan, the movie will be released in four different countries altogether for the upcoming Eid.
Selim Khan said, “Last week we submitted the movie to the censor board. On Tuesday it was previewed by the board. Hopefully we will receive the board’s permission in the coming days. We have already uploaded the songs in Youtube. Fans and audience have praised it. I hope the film will be liked by all. Now we are preparing for the release of the movie.”
When asked of the movie’s international release, Selim stated, “We will release the movie for Eid-ul-Fitr. We will release it in Bangladesh, India, Malaysia and Thailand at the same time. We have already contacted our oversea agents. Hopefully we will be able to finalize the deal with the cinema halls in these countries by Eid.”
Expressing his satisfaction with the movie, the producer said, “As a producer, I have tried my level best to provide all the necessary facilities for the movie. We have tried to use props according to location and characters of the movie. We have shot several song sequences abroad. In short, this is a big budget movie. Our film’s director has worked with Shakib Khan in his previous projects. Hopefully director Shamim Ahmed Rony will be able to showcase his talents through this film.”
