Reshadur Rahman has been re-elected chairman of the Board of Directors of Dhaka Bank Limited.
The Board of the bank re-appointed Rahman as it considers that this would enhance values to Dhaka Bank on its continuous journey towards excellence. Rahman, a successful entrepreneur is associated with a great deal of progressive alliance with several companies.
Meanwhile, Md. Amirullah has been elected as vice chairman of the Board of Directors. Other Board of Directors elected include Abdul Hai Sarker, Rokshana Zaman, Altaf Hossain Sarker, Mohammad Hanif, Abdullah Al Ahsan, Khondoker Monir Uddin, Tahidul Hossain Chowdhury, Jashim Uddin, Khondoker Jamil Uddin, Mirza Yasser Abbas, Amanullah Sarker, M. N. H. Bulu, Manoara Khandaker, Syed Abu Naser Bukhtear Ahmed, M. A. Yussouf Khan along with managing director & CEO Syed Mahbubur Rahman.
Abdul Hai Sarker has been re-elected chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of the bank. His sincere efforts and dynamic leadership culminated in a large business conglomerate in the name of Purbani Group. Executive committee also includes Altaf Hossain Sarker, Mohammad Hanif, Khondoker Jamil Uddin, Abdullah Al Ahsan, Mirza Yasser Abbas and Jashim Uddin.
Meanwhile, Khondoker Monir Uddin has been re-elected chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the Board of the bank which also includes Reshadur Rahman, Rokshana Zaman, Amanullah Sarker and M. A. Yussouf Khan.
Syed Abu Naser Bukhtear Ahmed has been re-elected chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board which includes Rokshana Zaman, Tahidul Hossain Chowdhury, Manoara Khandaker and M. A. Yussouf Khan.
