Police recovered the hanging body of a youth at Nawabganj in Dhaka on Friday morning.
The deceased was identified as Md Shakil, 22, son of Md Shahjahan from Shonahajra village under Galimpur Union of Nawabganj upazila in Dhaka.
Nawabganj police station’s inspector Abdur Rashid said Shakil committed suicide after quarrelling with his parents.
Locals said Shakil was locked at a room on the house when all family members went to a wedding program on Friday morning. Police recovered his hanging body from that room.
Inspector of Nawabganj police station Abdur Rashid said Shakil had been suffering from Stomach ache. Besides, his family members were giving pressure on him to go to Europe. Primarily we think, he committed suicide for frustration.
