Workshop on OBE curriculum held at BAU

To increase the quality of education, a daylong workshop titled ‘Outcome Based Education (OBE) Curriculum’ was held at conference room of Agriculture Faculty of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU).  BAU’s Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) arranged the workshop on Wednesday. BAU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Lutful Hassan addressed the event as the chief guest while Pro-VC Prof Dr Md Jasimuddin Khan and convener of dean council Prof Dr M Jahiruddin were special guests. Director of BAU IQAC Prof Dr Monoranjan Das presided over the programme.

In his speech, Prof Dr Lutful Hassan said, ‘The world is becoming competitive day by day. In order to survive in the competitive world, it is crying need to update academic course curriculum as well as creating a student-friendly environment in the campus.” He called upon all to come forward to establish a drug, corruption and terrorism free university campus.’
