A 70-year old woman was killed on the spot when an auto-bike hit her at around just after sunset.
The accident took place at Ramnagar area aunder Ashujia union at Rampur-Bhaikharhati road of kendua upazila in Netrokona.
The deceased was identified as Jubeda Khatun, wife of late Hossain Ali of Hasuari village under the same union.
Officer-in-Charge of Kendua Police Station Mohammad Rasheduzzaman confirmed the incident. He said that an easy bike has been seized and an inquest report has been prepared.
An unnatural death case was filed with the police station.
