Cox's Bazar District Police distributed winter clothes among the cold hit people in the inaccessible mountainous region of Ramur Gorznia in Cox's Bazar on Friday.
The Ramur Gorznia area of Cox's Bazar is an inaccessible hill town area. Helpless and low-income people are living in the mountain areas. Many distress families live in that remote area. They live in acute financial hardship. A group of police led by Cox's Bazar District Police Superintendent ABM Masud Hossain rushed to that remote area and distributed warm clothes for these helpless low-income people.
Many got emotional when they received winter clothes from the police. An old man named Jahirul Islam said we could not buy any blankets because of financial hardship. I feel better after receiving the blanket from Police department.
Another old person Rafiqul Islam said bone-chilling cold wave is passing over the remote area for the last few days. We were very much depressed but after receiving the warm clothes we feel relax.
At that time, Additional Police Super Rejowan Ahmed, ASP Adibul Islam, Other officials of District Police Department, Chairman of Garzonia area along with others distinguished guests were also present.
