Detective branch police of DMP, Tejgaon Police station arrested two drug peddlers with a covered-van from Matuail area on Sunday ( 3 Jan) night.
The arrested drug peddlers used to carry hemp(Ganja or cannabis) concealed inside the covered van from various frontier areas of the country and sold those in the capital, informed Walid Hossain, Deputy Commissioner of Media and Public Relations division of DMP.
The details about the arrested drug-peddlers and the recovered drugs will be informed to the journalists through a press conference at the gate of DB police office of DMP on Monday, informed AKM Hafiz Akhter, Additional Commissioner of DMP Detective Branch.
