TikTok has removed over 34 lakh videos from Bangladeshi users from January to March this year, states TikTok’s recent Community Guidelines report for the first three months of 2022.
According to the report, TikTok removed 3475456 Bangladeshi videos, with a proactive removal rate of 99.2 percent.
The report also states that in Bangladesh, the removal rate before 24 hours was 97.9 percent and the removal rate before any views was 95.8 percent.
With these numbers, Bangladesh ranked 7th in TikTok's list of countries with the most removed videos during January to March 2022.
The US ranked 1st with 14044224 videos removed and Pakistan ranked second with 12490309 videos removed.
In last quarter’s report by TikTok, from October to December 2021, Bangladesh also ranked 7th in the overall list of countries with the most video removals.
From October to December 2021, the number of videos removed from Bangladeshi users was 2636372.
