A team of RAB detained three persons with 10kg of hemp in Kishoreganj on Tuesday evening. The detainee were identified as Alamgir Hossain, 25, son of Gias Uddin of Badda village, Shahin Mia, 23, son of Late Mahah Ali of Rasulpur village and Sharif Uddin, 19, son of Md Nasir Mia of Manikpur village under Madavpur upazila in Hobiganj district.
Rafi Uddin Md. Jubair, Bhairab Camp commanding officer of RAB- 14 (CPC- 3) said, on information they searched a covered van near Syed Nazrul Islam Bridge of Dhaka-Sylhet highway check post and detained three persons with 10kg hemp. A case was field with Bhairab Model Police Station under Narcotics Control Act.
