“The First Principle Thinking” is a very basic concept.  A normal person in the 16th century would look at a tree and say “It’s a tree with some nice fruits” but a first principle thinker will look at the fruit and then notice the branch holding that fruit, then notice the branch connected to the trunk leading to the discovery of roots which holds the whole trunk and tree in it’s place and collects water and minerals. In a short look we gathered a body of information and data while also organizing it the best way possible to analyze how to best grow the next tree.

However, coming back to our mindset discussion, Why should we have a straight mindset? And how will we build it?

Our mindset is also created by our reality and environment.  “To be successful in life, a mindset is crucial,” said Robert Kiyosaki. A straight mindset person will observe a situation and analyze the data gathered to think of a solution ahead in mere moments and this is what makes an individual powerful. For they know the justification of every answer of any question they respond and every consequence of any action they take is what allows them to reach the maximum level of power stored deep inside their noggins.

Straight mindset people are hard-workers who develop talents instead of having them from birth. Now of course there are different types of mindsets according to the capabilities of a person. “Hardwork and Smart Work” is what gets you to the top, said Jocko Willink.

Mindset can save people from depression and

mental stress by distracting and producing

results that will encourage one to focus more

Building up a mindset takes a lot of willpower and determination which sure does take it’s toll on mental energy yet once an individual realizes that “Knowledge is power” this simple sentence can surely affect the tide of energy. It has been discussed by Yuval Noah Harari in his book called “Sapiens” on how Mankind dominates the top of the food chain by having the ability to think, imagine and create new ideas to execute.

Some people who have developed a mindset still do struggle when they realize their mindset is actually the one called “Jack of all trades” meaning individuals who specialize in a lot of fields but only above average. John Halpin is a polymath. He is Director General of John Abbott College, has had a 20 year career as an engineer and manager in the aerospace industry, is a Choir Director of over 40 years, and is a composer of 20 musicals performed in Canada, England and the USA. With humour and a musical touch, Mr Halpin argues that in an age of specialization, one can be successful as a “Jack-of-all-trades” and perhaps more fulfilled as a result.

John Halpin has stated and proved many facts regarding this that being a Jack of all trades gives you the power to become the “Master of all trades” too. Sharing his career life and experience he spoke “In a book I read written by Malcolm Gladwell, ‘The story of success, Little, Brown and Company 2008’ there was an analysis of different careers and it proved that if you work in a certain field for 10,000 hours, you will master it and therefore I have spent decades on different careers executing very different tasks which in turn actually grew a wide range of skill sets within me”.

This leads us to conclude that any type of mindset can be justified in it’s own way and have it’s own benefits but having a mindset is the real question of how to grow one and for many it might be to gain power by knowledge or to reach a certain goal or fulfill a desire. Mindset can also save people from depression and mental stress by distracting and producing results that will encourage one to focus more.

Mankind has always been the top subject of the globe. No matter how much advanced we are, we will soon lose the growth we once had. For it is proved that during world war one and two mankind was so forced into production it seemed that technology and innovation came together and new models and ideas were etched into the fabric of reality. Under pressure humans have always created the most effective solutions, therefore, leading to the downfall of productivity in the mindsets of young generations in the recent decades or so.

However, If teenagers from all around the globe started to come together and innovate, what would happen then? How many ideas and how much growth will the mindset of the younger generations be shown? And more importantly, Will you be a part of it? Is your mindset qualified enough to be recognized?

Mankind has always been a puzzle with a thousand pieces and it seems out of all the land we still are to discover, we are more in need to understand and discover ourselves first. The universe might be big but perhaps the mystery behind our mankind be more potent than that of the universe. Despite all our technology and intelligence, mankind’s mystery will forever remain at the top of our venture list and knowledge will forever be recognized as true power.
