Social Islami Bank Limited (SIBL) distributed agricultural finance at 4% profit rate among 400 soybean and chili cultivators of Subornochar, Noakhali recently.
Dewan Mahbubur Rahman, Deputy Commissioner of Noakhali, was present as chief guest while Zafar Alam, Managing Director & CEO of SIBL, presided over the program.
Mohammad Forkanullah, Deputy Managing Director, Md. Mosharraf Hossain, Chief Remittance Officer, Isart Sadmin, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Noakhali, AHM Khayrul Anam Chowdhury, Chairman of Subarnachar Upzilla, Chaiti Sarbabidya, UNO of Subornochar, Indu Bhushan Roy, Senior Program Manager of Solidaridad Network Asia, Sadat Ahmad Khan, SVP & Head of SME & AFD, Md. Zafar Alam, Managing Director & CEO of SIBL, said that SIBL would disburse agricultural finance at 4% profit rate among the farmers across the country gradually in future.
