Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy has organised various events on the occasion of the great Victory Day. In addition to this, the cultural team of Shilpakala Academy is participating in three events in India.
Yesterday, December 15, a memorial and cultural programme with the artistes of the Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra was organised at the National Theater Hall of Shilpakala Academy at 6pm.
Today, a discussion and cultural program will be held at the National Theater Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy at 6 pm. Besides, three cultural teams of Shilpakala Academy are participating in programmes being organised in Mumbai, Agartala Tripura and Kolkata on the occasion of Victory Day. The cultural group, titled ‘Bangladesh Utshab’, have gone to Mumbai, consisting of vocalists Dinat Jahan Munni and Khairul Islam, choreographers Anik Bose, ABM Shahidul Islam, Munmun Biswas Moon and Smita Dey and instrumentalists Partho Pratim Guha, Monwar Hossain and Ruptonu Das Sharma.
On the same day, vocalists Sharmin Sathi Islam and Ashraf Udas will participate in a program titled ‘Bangladesher Bijoy Utshab’ at Agartala Tripura. Choreographers Israt Tabassum, Abantika Alreza and Aishwarjo Basak and instrumentalists Sushant Kumar Ghosh, Robins Chowdhury and Mohammad Nasir Uddin are also accompanying the team.
The vocalists Syed Abdul Hadi, Aditi Mohsin, Yasmin Mustari and Azgar Alim will take part in the ‘Bangladesh Bijoy Utshab’ to be held in Kolkata from December 16 to 19.
