Due to coronavirus pandemic Bangladesh has come to a standstill and Shakib Al Hasan's charity foundation wants to help 2000 poor families in this time. Shakib yesterday opened his own foundation named The Shakib Al Hasan Foundation.
“Mission Save Bangladesh” is an initiative of The Daily Star, Sheba.xyz and Samakal. Shakib wrote this on his Facebook page “The main purpose of Mission save Bangladesh is that due to coronavirus pandemic they would give food to lower class people who can not work at the moments. Till now this project has helped 2000 families and wants to increase this number as well” Shakib wrote in his Facebook page.
Shakib also said the lower-middle-class people is suffering most for coronavirus pandemic “The whole country is suffering from coronavirus. Due to coronavirus lot of lower class people do not when they will again start earning. Shakib Al Hasan foundation wants to help this people and has taken initiative to collect fund from different people and agency worldwide.
This fund will be used for this under privileged family said Shakib. Earlier Mashrafe Mortaza, Rubel Hossain, Liton Das and Mosaddek has taken the direct initiative to help the underprivileged people. Bangladesh cricket team has also given up their half months salary and arranged BDT 30 lac to help the coronavirus effected people.
