Awami League general secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader on Monday visited ailing Jatiya Party Chairman Hussein Muhammad Ershad at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka.
Ailing leader of the opposition in parliament was kept on oxygen support at CMH.
Obaidul Quader talked to the doctors and inquired about the health condition of Ershad.
Ershad’s brother and Jatiya Party’s acting chairman GM Quader and secretary general Moshiur Rahman Ranga were present.
The health condition of HM Ershad remained unchanged, GM Quader said while briefing journalists here today. “His overall condition remains unchanged. Infections in his lungs have improved but infections in kidneys have increased,” he said. Quader sought doa from the people for quick recovery of Ershad.
