Preliminary application for combined admission test for the 2020-21 session of 20 universities of the country will end tomorrow (Thursday).
A communiqué from the Department of Public Relations, Information and Publication of Jagannath University said this Saturday last.
It is said in the message that for the admission of students in the 1st year of graduation in the academic year 2020-21, combined admission process of GST (General, Science & Technology) affiliated universities has started. The deadline for initial application for admission test is 11.59 pm on 15th April (Thursday). The time will not be extended. All students with minimum qualifications will be able to apply.
The results of the students who are eligible to participate in the admission test on the basis of merit from the primary applicants will be published on April 23, it added. Initially selected students can make a final application for participation in the admission test between 24th April and 20th May by paying Tk 600 through mobile banking service.
Candidates will also be able to download admit card from June 1 to June 10, the release further said.
Admission test of ‘A’ unit (Science) will be held on 19th June, ‘B’ unit (Humanities) on 26th June and ‘C’ unit (Commerce) on 3rd July. The one-hour test will start at 12 noon and will continue till 1 pm.
