Presently, the “Pathao” and “Ubar” of popularity apps of people's sufferings and jobless employment for unemployed people are getting popular. As well as reducing unemployment, these communications channels play an important role in socioeconomic development for additional income. Recently, App-based vehicle technology has gained tremendous popularity in this country. Some mobile operators started offering motorbike rides or private car sharing services through mobile apps. Currently, there is a trusted name 'Pathao' and 'Uber' among the service providers.

The rule of service is that a driver can take the interested passengers while traveling to his destination. As a result of this, the advantage of the passenger on the other hand, on the other hand, the driver is benefiting from additional earnings. Earning good energy is earning well in the month. As a free profession, the bikes will earn 20-30 thousand taka per month and 60-70 thousand taka through private car shares. Due to the service at the app-based service, the residents of the city are getting some relief from the increased traffic jams and more time. By doing this, on the one hand, the time is spent on the working people, the jobless is being created for the unemployed. If the driver wants to do this profession as well as other jobs or business. In order to save the time of travel, to generate unemployed employment, the media has generated a lot of response. Only a valid motor driving license, copy of national ID card, photograph, a motorbike or private car registered and a person who has the mentality of serving the person every day, he can do this job earning at home. Although the exact statistics of the registered motorbikes and private cars of the city is difficult to find, but the service that is increasing day by day is visible in the city.

According to the latest calculation of BRTA, the number of bikes registered in Dhaka is 585,590. The number of registered motorbikes in the capital is about 73 thousand in the capital till September previous year. Most of them are registered bikes of the app services company. Uber has nearly one million bike riders. There are also more than 150,000 registered bikes riders and there are more than 50,000 riders in the city and there are more than 50,000 riders in the city. According to this, the number of registered bikes in the capital is around 3 lakh. However, many riders associate with several apps together.

Although people did not have the idea that in the country, the motorcycle can earn 20 to 25 thousand taka! That was once a dream, but this dream has become a reality for unemployed youth today. The original is associated with mobile app organization, if it is a valid paper with a valid bike. By 6 to 8 hours a day, a rider can earn 20 to 25 thousand taka a month, which seems to be positive.

The story of the 'Pathao' behind the scenes is unknown to many. So it is important to tell the readers to tell the matter. It is known, Hussain Md. Ilias and his friend Sifat Adnan started with the 3 delivery agents in 2015, 'Sendo'. Within one year, their delivery team changed from 3 to 60 people. Presently, 5 branches of Dhaka-Chittagong including Sylhet, Khulna and Rajshahi were opened. Initially send 4/5 people to work. delivery of goods at 40 taka. After one year, the Bike passenger started providing transport services. Pathao an app based bike ride service in October 2016. In this case, the passenger and the driver are familiar with the mobile app. This is connected directly to the Internet and connects with nearby passengers and drivers. For this service, the passenger has to pay per kilometer and the specified rent according to the time spent; Which is relatively cheap than the CNG-run auto-rickshaw besides, motorbikes are faster than other vehicles in the busy streets of the city, so many people accept this technology to reach the destination at the right time. Private cars have been added to apps as well as motorbikes so that multiple passengers can take the service together. So if they want a family with no personal car, they can reach the destination easily and safely.

Especially Pathao and Uber have already become popular with the passengers. Many people also said that they were prevented from being hostage to CNG auto-rickshaw. According to them, there was no way to go because of renting even more, but they had to ride. But our options have been made to send a raid sharing app. When you want, it's coming out soon and in terms of the rent. Basically, the people say that both men and women are safe to use this service. Because service providers and users both are registered in the app. If you are unhappy with the use of the driver for any reason, the negative mark is given to him. As a result, no driver is mistaken. Rather, they try their best to satisfy their eyes. It seems to be a good side.

Recently, the Raid Sharing issue has been brought under legal framework. In this policy 8 paragraphs and 11 conditions have been added. The 11 conditions provided by the Ride Sharing Services Policy are: (1) The Company has to obtain the certificate of enrollment from the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA). (2) The owner of the application must be TIN and pay regular VAT. If the company is a company, then the company will have to register from the joint stock. (3) Must have own office. (4) There should be at least 100 seats for service in Dhaka, 50 in Chittagong and 20 in other city cities. (5) The vehicles must have tax payment and route permit updates from BRTA. (6) There should be a compromise agreement between the owner and the driver. (7) Parking cannot be parked outside the station. (8) The BRTA website should have detailed information about the service provider, owner and driver. (9) With the application for enrollment, other fees will be deposited with one lakh taka. The enrollment period will be three years. After that it has to be renewed. The renewal fee will be 10 thousand taka. (10) Online complaints against owners and drivers can be made online. (11) Cancellation of certificate of registration for disciplinary proceedings, and can be sued in current law. These conditions apply to motorcycles and motor vehicles. In addition, the draft policy on the responsibility of the operator operating the apparatus has been told that the commencement of the journey from the commencement of the journey, the total time and distance of travel, the total rental amount should be kept for at least three months.

Regarding the recruitment process of rider, it is known that send rider determines the step. First, give an opportunity to apply online. Ryder was tested in-house. Then there are field level tests. After the final test, the deal was signed with Ryder on the stamp. In addition, the GPS tracking software is always tracked by the rider. Chittagong, rent is Tk 25 for every kilometer; the cost will be 12 taka, 50 paisa per minute and 10 taka per hour.

From my income, there are 20 to 25 percent commissions on the basis of mobile app organization. Apart from all the expenses, my month is worth 20 thousand rupees. I've been involved in this profession for eight months. Basically it is an independent job that anyone can willingly ride. There is no work hour like other profession. The more rides that can give, the greater the income. Which is positive?

Those mobile app companies seem to be thankful and appreciated. `Pathao’, Uber, easy-to-use mobile app companies today make many unemployed self-reliant. That's why the government should give more cooperation to these institutions. This will reduce the unemployment rate of the country and create a revenue stream of the government. Not only the unemployed youths are availing mobile applications through mobile apps, many riders offer part-time services at some leisure time for some extra income. This has created some additional income opportunities. For the overall progress of the country which seems to be positive.

There are some obstacles, such as drivers' experience, lack of proper thinking about traffic laws, not imposing proper qualification of the concerned person, not determining whether an offender is involved in the profession, except where the person is barred from accepting the service, to the point of having no clear instructions on how to get the appropriate. It is desirable that the concerned people will take effective measures to remove the obstructions mentioned above.

Although the good part of the Ride Sharing app is the opportunity to rate ratings at the end of the journey. Passengers and drivers can rate each other. This rating shows how common the behavior of a driver or passenger is. But the method of rating is not the same. For example, in the case of Uber, the rating is 5 stars. In this case, 5 Star will add more complimentary comments. If there are less than 5 stars, in some cases the driver needs to improve, there is an opportunity to give feedback. On the other hand, the scope of giving feedback in the field of education is just like and dislike, i.e. good or bad. In reality, it is difficult to get rid of rating so little. It may be that you want to give someone a 4 star, but do not want to give a dish. This app is not available in all apps. However, in this case, the behavior of different types of behavior, type of alert, alert etc., the rating would have been more meaningful.

On November 22, 2016, Uber launched mobile app service through Moto services as South Asia's 33rd country. After that, mobile-based passenger services are introduced, Pathao, easy. Presently, Uber and Pathao the most popular App airways based service companies. In addition to application based services in the capital, currently the service is in Chittagong and Sylhet. We wish that the concerned people, including the government, will be more concerned about the elimination of unemployment in the country and the socio-economic development of the country.
