Police is yet to find the missing teen age boy, son of a Police Bureau of Investigation officer, even after four days of his mysterious disappearance from the capital. According to the family members, the victim was identified as Mazharul Islam Aronno, aged 13.

His father is a sub-inspector (SI) - Abdul Motalib Bhuiyan of Police Bureau of Investigation. Aronno is a seventh grader studying at Motijheel Model School and College. The boy remains missing since he went out of his Bashabo residence.

His father lodged a general diary with Sabujbagh Police Station on Sunday, a day after his son went missing. Family members said Aronno went out of their house at around 10:00 am. Before leaving his residence, he told his mother that he was going to play with his friends at the nearby Balurmath playground.

As he did not return his family members and relatives searched everywhere, from police stations to hospitals.  But they themselves also failed to trace out the missing boy. Aronno’s father said though he works in law enforcing agency, he has no dispute with anybody who could be suspected for possible kidnapping or any other crimes. Responding to a question, he said, “I am totally clueless of my son’s whereabouts.”
