Mediaider brought international health card to Bangladesh


Mediaider is a growing organization in the space of medical tourism. The team is relentlessly partnering with hospitals and doctors all around the globe to bring the world class healthcare to the people of Bangladesh. 

Mediaider (www.mediaider.com) arranged a seminar on drinking water followed by a health card launching ceremony at BASIS auditorium today. The card will allow one to receive the right healthcare at the right cost in 11,250 hospitals across India, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Germany and Turkey. The team takes care of visa assistance, travel, accommodation, treatment and medicine. This was brought to Bangladesh in partnership with Curemart, an initiative from VB Health, India.

In the launching ceremony the chief guest and the prominent actor Afzal Hossain said, in Bangladesh people who have doctor in their circle, they find  a way to get  the right Healthcare service. however people who don't have doctors as friend, I believe Mediaid will be a friend for them and help them receive medical service. 

Raghabendra Prasad, Director, Global Business, VB Health praised the health care facilities in Bangladesh. He mentioned that sometimes the doctors here need second opinions. They are building a tool to reach out to over 3,000 renowned doctors across the globe to get additional opinions online. VB Aid program, on the other hand, connects the less fortunate patients to 100 volunteers and funds a part of their treatment.

The Chairman of Mediaider, Shaer Hassan said that healthcare in Bangladesh demands a lot many entrepreneurial initiatives by both profit-making and non-profit-making organizations. Mediaider likes to play its role by connecting the patients to affordable medical facilities at home and abroad.
