Convening committee of Cox’s Bazar Municipal unit of Mahila Awami League has been formed. Panel mayor of Cox's Bazar Municipality Shahena Akter Pakhi was made convener of the 11-member c committee, while Rebeka Sultana Irin and Al Morzina were made joint conveners.
Kamrun Nahar Monica, Romena Akhter, Nur Jahan, Ayesha Siddique, Malao Rakhine, Zainab Begum, Soma Das and Shahida Khanam were made members.
Cox's Bazar District Mahila Awami League President Kaniz Fatema Mostaq and General Secretary and Cox's Bazar Sadar Upazila Parishad Vice Chairman Hamida Taher recently announced the new convening committee dissolving the previous one.
Various organisations and individuals have congratulated the newly formed convening committee.
