The 5th Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Lub-rref (Bangladesh) Limited was held on Wednesday using Digital Platform.
General shareholders of the company have participated in the EGM .
In the meeting, shareholders have approved unanimously the relocation of BMRE of Lube-Oil Re-Refinery Plant of the company to its own land at Julda Mouza near Chittagong Port area on the banks of River Kornfully.
The members of the Board of Directors, Managing Director, Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the company were presented in the meeting.
