One person was killed by lighting in Kishoreganj on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Mukles Mia, 42, son of Late Rahim Uddin of Mohorkona village under Nikli upazila of the district.
Locals said Mukhles met with the accident on Thursday while he was catching fish at Borulia Khal. He died on the spot.
Nikli Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md Nasir Uddin Bhuiyan confirmed the matter.
