Bangladesh Television has again started airing two popular Tv dramas from Monday — ‘Kothao Keu Nei’ and ‘Bohubrihi’, to create some relief for the people stuck in their homes because of the coronavirus. These two serial plays will be aired every night for a month after the Bangla news at 8 pm.
After the 8pm new on BTV ‘Kothao Keu Nei’ will be aired right after which ‘Bohubrihi’ will be shown. This was confirmed by Jagdish Chandra, director of the TV channel (show and planning). He said that until the episodes finish one episode of the two dramas will be aired everyday.
Nasir Mahmud, general manager (additional responsibility) of BTV, said that the airing of the two dramas was decided to go on for the full month. Out of these one drama has 26 episodes which will finish earlier.
BTV said the decision to broadcast two of the most popular series of the nineties was taken to relief the citizens of the monotony created by home isolation during the coronavirus breakout.
