32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Kohinoor Chemical Co. (BD) Limited was held on Sunday at the Officers Club, Baily Road in the capital.
Mohammad Obaidul Karim – Chairman of the Companypresided over the meeting while Md. Rezaul Karim - Managing Director, Md. Ebadul Karim, Directors attended the meeting among others.
In presence of a significant number of Shareholders, the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year 2018-2019 were presented.
The Shareholders unanimously approved the Audited Financial Statements of the Company in the AGM. The declaration of 20% Stock & 20% Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2019 was also approved in the said AGM.
