Khaleda Akhter received the award and recognition as the best head mistress at Ishwardi upazila in Pabna for the fourth consecutive year.
On Thursday noon, Upazila Secondary Education Officer Officer Selim Akter officially handed over the award and recognition certificates to her.
As maintaining the 12 issues of education, including innovation-oriented initiatives in education, firmness, honesty, personality and quality, she was awarded this accreditation.
Khaleda Akhter was appointed as headmistress of Dadapar Secondary School, Laxikunda of the upazila in 2010.
Khaleda Akter has been awarded as the best headmistress of Pabna District consistently from 2016 to 2019. As per the upazila secondary education office, the competition is held on 12 subjects each year on the occasion of National Education Week.
