Bangladesh Awami Jubo League (JL) Jhenaidah district unit distributed food items among the poor and distressed people caught in the global pandemic. The assistance was distributed in front of JL’s district office at Hossain Shahid Suhrawardi (HSS) Road in the town on Sunday.
JL district unit convener Ashfaque Mahmud John, Sramik League district unit president Akkas Ali, Sadar unit convener Shah Ibrahim Khalil Raja. Juba Federation convener SM Rabi among others were present in the programme. The recipients having the food assistances from JL had expressed their gratitude to local activists and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina as it will help them run their lives during the global pandemic.
