JCI Dhaka discusses ‘relations during lockdown’

The Junior Chamber International (JCI) Dhaka Cosmopolitan has organised an online advocacy workshop on “relationships during lockdown”.  It was a live discussion held recently on exploring how relationships in every household are affected during the lockdown.

 It was a discussion on how to keep relationships healthy during Covid-19 and dilemmas most families are facing nowadays due to work from home, work at home, parenting 24/7, and above all sharing common space with a partner day in and day out, the JCI said.  

The speakers also spoke from different angles about tips on how to manage co-habiting and tackling this time of stress and uncertainty, together and the solutions for keeping the relationships alive.

The four speakers were Yahia Amin – Psychologist & Chairman, LifeSpring Ltd, FarinDaulah – Founder & President, One Circle, Masroor Haider – Cash Products Manager, Citibank N.A., Nishat Hamid – Director, Sasha Garments Ltd. 

 Vice President of JCI Dhaka Cosmopolitan Ayesha Saeed moderated the discussion.  Tanzila Zaman, President of JCI Dhaka Cosmopolitan, and Senator Sarah Kamal, National President of JCI Bangladesh, were also present as audience.
