International Social Business Summer Program (ISBSP) 2019, the only summer programme in Bangladesh dedicated to Social Business has started its 3rd journey on Friday at the green campus of Daffodil International University (DIU) at Ashulia, Dhaka.
Around 50 Participants from 11 different countries including China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Jordan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Somalia, South Korea, and of course, Bangladesh have made the opening ceremony special.
Professor Dr Yousuf Mahbubul Islam, Vice Chancellor (VC) of DIU inaugurated the ISBSP 2019 along with other guests Professor Dr S M Mahbubul Haque Majumder, pro VC of DIU, Professor Dr Mohammad Masum Iqbal, dean, FBE and Professor Dr Md Fokhray Hossain, director, International Affairs of DIU. Few participants also shared their expectations in the ceremony.
The academic activities of the day started with a Brainstorming Session on Social Problems conducted by VC of DIU. The 10 days summer programme will continue till 22 July with loads of activities to come.
