Additional Secretary Mohammad Golam Sarwar Bhuiyan joined the Office of the Senior Finance Controller (Army) recently. Md Shahadat Hossain, research officer of the Inter Services Public Relation Directorate (ISPR), confirmed the matter to the Bangladesh Post on Thursday. Prior to joining the new office, Golam Sarwar severed as the director general of the Defence Audit Directorate, the ISPR officer said.
Golam Sarwar completed his Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Dhaka. He also achieved Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Birmingham University of UK.
