Food distributed among 4,000 families in Meherpur

Meherpur Deputy Commissioner and administration officials urged everyone to stay at home and not to leave the house without need to fight corona virus.

In this regard, they are distributing food items among 4,000 families of Meherpur from Prime Minister's Relief Fund. These items are being delivered from house to house. Every family is given 10 kg rice, 5 kg potatoes, 2 kg onions, 2 kg oil, 1 kg salt and 1 kg pulse. 

There are army members, magistrates and police men conducting raids so that there is no public gathering in the district while the cleanliness campaign continues.

Deputy Commissioner Ataul Ghani said no corona virus patient have been found in the district till now. Everyone is working together to fight corona virus in Meherpur, he added.
