Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen has mourned the death of an administrative officer of the Indonesian Embassy in Dhaka.
Siti Herwansyah died on Thursday in Dhaka. She was 28, the foreign ministry said.
The Foreign Minister phoned Indonesian Ambassador Rina P. Soemarno and inquired about the details. He expressed “deep sorrow and grief” over her untimely death. He prayed for the “forgiveness of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family”.
Dr Momen also assured the Ambassador of assistance if anything needed. The Ambassador thanked the Foreign Minister for his phone.
