To attend the 74th UN General Assembly, as entourage of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, a high powered business delegation of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) left Dhaka for USA.
Sheikh F Fahim, President of FBCCI is leading the business delegation.
Apart from attending the General Assembly, FBCCI Business Delegation will join various programs that are scheduled to be held there. The FBCCI Leaders will attend an event on Recognizing political leadership for immunization coverage: a success of Bangladesh on September 23, where Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will attend.
FBCCI President will meet with Burson Cohn and Wolfe (BCW) and the President and CEO of Greater New York Chamber of Commerce on September 24. The FBCCI Delegation will take part in Business Dialogue for Bangladesh Delegation organized by Bangladesh American Business Alliance (BABA) on the same day. They will also attend the 11th Annual Business Summit 2019 organized by American Bangladeshi Business Alliance (ABBA) on September 25. On September 26, FBCCI Delegation will attend a Roundtable Meeting in Honor of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, organized by US Chamber of Commerce Leaders.
They will attend a seminar on US-Bangladesh Trade and Investment: Role of Bangladeshi Americans on the same day.
FBCCI Delegation will attend an event on Sustainable Universal Health Coverage Comprehensive Primary Care inclusive of Mental Health Disabilities coverage: a success of Bangladesh on September 27, where Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will attend.
FBCCI Delegation are also scheduled to attain a good number of program and seminar at there till September 28.

Besides, Rubana Huq, President, Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BGMEA), Mr. Osama Taseerand, President, Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) and Nurunnabi Chowdhury, M.P., Senior Vice President, Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) also joining as FBCCI Delegation.
Former directors of FBCCI, Heads of Different member bodies and the General Body members are also joining in the assembly.
