Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Ltd. Has approved 20 percent dividend for its share holders in its Annual General meeting held recently.
The 19th AGM of the company, held at Fareast Tower, Paltan incity, also approved it's annual report unanimously for the year 2018.
Shareholders and Directors participated in the AGM with Chairman of the company Md. Nazrul Islam.
Vice Chairman, Prof. Dr. Iffat Jahan, Chairman of Executive Committee, Alhaj Helal Mia, Director, Mrs. Naznin Hossain, Mohammad Shohel Arif, Mrs. Rabeya Begum were present.
Alternative Director, Syed Shah Alam Mirza, Independent Director, Md. Zahidul Islam, Chairman of Shariah Council, Principal Sayed Kamaluddin Zafri and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, Md. Hemayetullah, Chief Consultant, Md. Ali Hossain, DMD and Company Secretary, Syed Abdul Aziz were present among others.
