An e-poster has been published at the initiative of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s Birth Centenary Celebration National Implementation Committee marking the founding anniversary of Bangladesh Awami League.
As part of paying homage to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in ‘Mujib Year’, the e-poster of the 72nd founding anniversary of AL titled “Historic 23rd June - On the founding anniversary of Bangladesh Awami League, humble homage to the memory of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman” has been published, said a press release.
On June 23, 1949, the Awami League made its debut at the historic Rose Garden in KM Das Lane in the city.
