The political-thriller film 'Sapludu' was released in 2019 which was the first film of acclaimed playwright Golam Sohrab Dodul. The film starring Arifin Shuvo and Bidya Sinha Mim got much praise from the audience.
Then this director is silent. He put his mind back to the TV drama. Now it is known that this producer is giving his hand in his second film. The name is ‘Apratyashito’. The story is written by Salahuddin Shoaib Chowdhury. Besides Bengali, it will be produced in English and French. The matter has been confirmed by Crown Entertainment, the production company of the film.
When the director Dodul was contacted about the matter, he said, they will be on the field soon to start shooting. The shooting is scheduled to start from next October.
It is learned that the names of the artists have not been finalized yet.
The director said, “I have been thinking of making international quality films for a long time. Eventually that is going to happen. Everything from its construction style to its marketing will be done while maintaining international standards.”
Meanwhile, in the context of the story of the film, it is known that it will not be a political plot like the first film of Dodul. This time it will be about the story of senior citizens in a family atmosphere. The film will be based on a story about the situation of the elderly in the family as they get older.
