Development works from first phase of allotted fund of FY 2018-19 are about to be completed at Patgram upazila of Lakmonirhat.
About 90 pc works have been completed in the upazila. Concerned officers are supervising the project implementation directly from the field.
Project implementation officer Uttam Kumar Nandi has instructed the chairmen to finish the remaining 10pc tasks by set time, said office assistant Mahbub Alam.
Mentionable, the government allotted total Tk 1,27,57,170 and 142.98 MT rice for first phase KABIKHA projects this year to complete the development projects.
Patgram Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Abdul Karim said concerned officers have been instructed to complete the ongoing projects soon.
Patgram upazila made a record in executing the development projects among five upazilas of the district in FY 2017-18, he added.
