After the Eid holiday, the detection of coronavirus has been on a downward trend since Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

In the last 24 hours, the detection rate has decreased slightly. Compared to Friday, detection rate decreased further on Saturday.

In the last 24 hours, 1007 more people have been diagnosed with coronavirus from 7351 tested. The detection rate is 13.70 percent. On Thursday, this rate was 11.55 percent. On Thursday, this rate was 11.89 percent and 1324 people were infected with coronavirus. Five people have died of coronavirus in the last 24 hours. Earlier, two people died on Friday.

This information was informed in a notification sent by the Department of Health on Saturday.

On June 16, for the first time since the third wave of corona was under control, the detection rate against testing was 5 percent. With this, the detection rate is above 5 percent for 27 consecutive days.

According to the World Health Organization guidelines, when the detection rate is more than 5 percent for two consecutive weeks while the corona situation is under control, the next wave is considered to have spread. Accordingly, the fourth wave of Corona is going on in the country.

Corona detection rate was low during Eid holidays. At that time, the sample test rate was also low. But as soon as the holidays are over, there is an upward trend in the detection of corona. However, it started to decrease again from Thursday.
