Bodies of a man and his wife were found from Nageshwari Upazila of Kurigram district on Friday morning.
The deceased were identified as Nazrul Islam Mana, 55, and his wife Rumi Begum, 35, residents of Nageshwari Bazar area under Nageshwari Municipality.
Quoting family members of the deceased, Nageshwari Police Station Officer in-Charge Rawshan Kabir said Nazrul and Rumi were spotted dead in their house.
Being informed, police went to the spot and recovered the bodies.
Police suspected that they might have been strangulated to death, OC Rawshan said.
