Chinese ambassadors to Bangladesh Li Jiming on Monday paid a courtesy call on the State Minister for Disaster Management and Relief Dr M Enamur Rahman at his ministry in the city, reports BSS.
During the meeting, they exchanged greetings and discussed issues of bilateral interest and expressed their hope of continuing their mutual co-operation to strengthen the existing friendship between both the two countries. The state minister sought cooperation of China to return Rohingyas to Myanmar, said a press release. The envoy said China will extend all possible cooperation to Bangladesh for the safe and dignified repatriation of Rohingyas to their homeland.
