As part of its initiative to strengthen the risk culture within the organisation, the leading commercial bank of Bangladesh, BRAC Bank, arranged a Risk Management Awareness Workshop for its employees.
At the interactive session, employees coming from different branches in Mymensingh region shared experiences relating to risk management, said a press release.
Md Moshahiduzzaman, branch and cluster manager, Mymensingh cluster, S M Neamul, branch operation manager, Khulna and Dhaka outer region branch and Musharaf Hosain, branch manager, Khulna and Dhaka outer region were awarded as the ‘Most Active Participant’, the ‘Most Entertaining Participant’ and the ‘Best Performer in the Exam’ respectively.
Khaled Bin Kamal, head of Operational Risk Management, BRAC Bank, conducted the workshop.
The bank believes the workshop will bring noteworthy changes among its officials and transform its risk management culture.
